Haley
Office Team Leader & Treatment Plan Coordinator
Haley joined Hagerstown Smiles in 2008 after working in her family’s construction business. She became the Office Team Leader in 2010, and has enjoyed working in the compassionate and caring atmosphere of Hagerstown Smiles Dental Care since then. Haley is a mom of 3 awesome kids: her oldest son, Gabe, and twin girls, Bailey and Bella. She also enjoys cooking and barbecuing while perfecting her recipes and sauces using fresh produce from her garden! Additionally, Haley supports her husband, Dustin, in his passion for metal detecting and history. Hagerstown Smiles is thankful for Haley's care that she gives to our patients and her team, as well as her unmistakable laughter.
Ashley
Hygiene Team Leader
Ashley has been a Dental Hygienist since 2011. Ashley grew up in Moyock, NC and attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She and her husband, Jason, have been married since 2011, and they both currently enjoy life as parents to their son, Weston. Together they love being involved in their church, going to the beach, and traveling! Ashley loves meeting new people everyday at Hagerstown Smiles. Hagerstown Smiles is thankful for the care Ashley always gives to her patients and her team, and for her ability to brighten your day through her positive and uplifting personality.
We have a great team of hygienists: Agnes, Alison, Brittany, Corynn, Kara, Kristen, Bri, and Lily.
Kayla
Dental Assistant Team Leader
Kayla has been with Hagerstown Smiles since 2019, and had years of experience before that. Kayla is proud to serve as the assistant team leader. She graduated from Hagerstown Community College for Dental Assisting, and attended Frostburg University for Business Management. Dental Assisting is Kayla's passion as she loves the interaction with all of our patients. When not working at Hagerstown Smiles, Kayla waitresses part-time. When she has extra time, she likes to spend it with her friends, family and 2 adorable dogs! Hagerstown Smiles feels blessed to have Kayla caring for our patients. She is very hard-working and goes the extra mile to serve you.

Kourteney
Administrative Team Leader
Kourteney has been with Hagerstown Smiles since 2017, and stepped into the front desk team lead role in 2022. She feels very blessed to be able to work among such incredible people and loves interacting with our patients! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as her family and friends! She also enjoy crafting, reading, and baking. Hagerstown Smiles is thankful for Kourteney and her hard work and calm consistency as she and her team serve our patients at the front desk.
